Firefly Reiki is a registered member of IARP, International Association of Reiki Professionals.

A session at Firefly Reiki is 100 dollars. That's calculated based on the time it requires the Master to be engaged (about two hours for a 45-60 minute session) and the amount of work required.
Also, during the first session we include whatever time necessary to talk and address any questions, and start building a channel of communication, which is not fundamental for Reiki in general but does make the experience rather more personal and balanced.

Doing Reiki is a straightforward exchange, and as such it can backfire like a son of a bitch.
Reiki is strongly about permission: when there's an even exchange, that symbolically states that both entities agree to being present, involved and open; when there isn't an exchange, or either part feels cheated, stuff doesn't work quite as well and can really leave both Master and Client with unpleasant aftermaths.
We know the kind of work that goes into a proper session, and we feel fair and proud asking our rate for the service we provide.
That said, we're open to discussing rates on a case-to-case basis in lower income or other specific circumstances. Please ask, we're here to listen.
